This Code of Conduct applies to all clients, students, members, participants, subscribers, and individuals engaging with Praise the Sun through its coaching programs, educational services, workshops, events, online communities, digital platforms, or other offerings.
By enrolling in, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any of our programs or services, you agree to follow the standards outlined below. Our goal is to create professional, supportive, respectful, and productive environments where individuals can learn, grow, collaborate, and pursue their business goals.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in restricted or terminated access to programs, communities, events, or services without a refund, where permitted by applicable law.
All participants are expected to communicate with others respectfully and professionally.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, threats, abusive language, personal attacks, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated in coaching sessions, live calls, private communities, discussion groups, messaging platforms, or other spaces associated with Praise the Sun.
Differences of opinion are welcome when communicated respectfully and constructively.
Some programs and coaching experiences may involve participants sharing private business information, personal experiences, challenges, strategies, or other sensitive information.
You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not copy, record, screenshot, reproduce, publish, distribute, or share another participant’s private information, story, business information, or communications without their express permission.
Confidentiality is an important part of maintaining a safe and professional learning environment.
Program access, login credentials, coaching sessions, memberships, and other paid services are intended only for the individual who purchased or enrolled in the applicable offering.
You may not share your login credentials, transfer your account, impersonate another person, provide unauthorized access to another individual, or allow someone else to participate using your access.
Unauthorized account sharing or misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without a refund.
We encourage participants to contribute positively and constructively to our learning and coaching environments.
Participants should ask thoughtful questions, provide respectful feedback, support productive discussions, and contribute to an environment that encourages learning and professional growth.
Constructive disagreement is acceptable. Personal attacks, unnecessary conflict, hostility, gossip, or behavior intended to disrupt the experience of others is not.
Our communities, coaching environments, workshops, and programs are not intended to be used for unauthorized advertising, recruiting, solicitation, or promotion of outside products or services.
You may not use participant directories, community spaces, group discussions, live sessions, or private messages to promote your own business, products, services, affiliate offers, or other commercial opportunities without prior written permission from Praise the Sun.
This policy helps protect participants from unwanted solicitation and keeps our programs focused on their intended purpose.
Participants are expected to follow the applicable program guidelines, schedules, participation requirements, and instructions provided by Praise the Sun.
Where a program includes scheduled coaching sessions, workshops, assignments, resources, or participation requirements, you are responsible for managing your participation and completing any applicable steps within the stated timeframe.
We encourage participants to engage fully with the resources and opportunities included in their program.
Praise the Sun provides education, coaching, strategies, resources, and support, but each participant is responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, and results.
You are responsible for determining how and when to apply information provided through our programs and services to your own circumstances.
If you need assistance with a program, account, access issue, or other service-related matter, please use the appropriate contact or support channel provided on this website.
Participants may not use our website, programs, communities, or services to engage in activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, deceptive, or harmful to other participants or Praise the Sun.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action when we reasonably believe that a participant has violated this Code of Conduct or otherwise created a harmful or disruptive environment.
Depending on the nature and seriousness of a violation, Praise the Sun may take one or more of the following actions:
Where access is terminated because of a violation of this Code of Conduct, payments already made may not be refunded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update this Code of Conduct from time to time to reflect changes to our programs, services, communities, or business practices.
Any updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
By accessing or participating in any Praise the Sun program, service, community, workshop, event, or digital platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow this Code of Conduct.
