Our programs, coaching services, workshops, trainings, and digital resources are provided for the individual purchaser or enrolled participant only.

Access to paid programs and resources is personal and non-transferable. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
2. Payments & Enrollment
Programs and services may be offered through one-time payments, payment plans, subscriptions, memberships, or other payment arrangements as described at the time of purchase.
By selecting a payment plan or subscription, you authorize the applicable payments to be processed according to the payment schedule presented during enrollment.
If a scheduled payment fails or remains unpaid, access to the applicable program, community, resources, or services may be suspended or terminated until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer, **all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once processed.**
3. Access Terms
Participants will receive access to the content, coaching, resources, community features, and other benefits specifically included in their purchased offer.
The structure, schedule, platform, curriculum, bonuses, resources, or community features associated with a program may be updated, improved, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
Access to subscription-based or membership-based services will end when the applicable subscription or membership is canceled or terminated.
4. Coaching & Educational Services
Our services are designed to provide business education, strategic guidance, coaching, resources, and support to help participants develop their businesses and make informed decisions.
Coaching and educational services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating your own circumstances and obtaining appropriate professional advice when necessary.
Your participation in any program does not create a guarantee of business success, revenue, profit, investment return, or any particular outcome.
5. Participant Responsibility
Your results depend on a variety of factors, including your experience, effort, implementation, consistency, business model, market conditions, decisions, and circumstances.
You are responsible for applying the strategies and information provided within our programs in a manner appropriate for your own business.
We do not guarantee that every strategy, recommendation, or resource will be suitable for every business or individual.
6. Community Conduct
If a program includes access to a private community, group, workshop, coaching environment, or other participant space, you agree to communicate respectfully and professionally.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, disruptive behavior, inappropriate conduct, unauthorized solicitation, or misuse of community resources may result in immediate removal from the program or community without a refund.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the integrity and safety of our community.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Praise the Sun—including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, training materials, strategies, frameworks, graphics, presentations, templates, recordings, and other educational resources—is protected intellectual property.
Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to access and use the materials for your own educational and business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, teach, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written authorization.
8. Testimonials & Results
We may share testimonials, stories, case studies, and examples from clients or participants to demonstrate experiences and potential outcomes.
